One City Block at 19th and Logan

The new luxury apartment homes is located in the Uptown neighborhood of Downtown Denver. The 172,660-square-foot, structure includes cast-in-place concrete and an underground parking garage to a concrete podium. On top of the podium is the plaza, retail space and wood framed buildings totaling 271,190 sq. ft. This development includes 303 apartments units and 408 parking spaces. The community includes four separate buildings as well as commercial space for retail shops and restaurants.

Metropolis Phase 2 Residential Tower 3

Pankow is partnered with PENTA to build this 56-story high-rise residential tower in downtown Los Angeles. Headquartered in China, Greenland USA is seeking the expertise of Pankow-PENTA JV to build this project successfully as well as procure overseas materials.

Located on the north side of the site along Eighth Street, Pankow-PENTA JV will construct the Phase 2 Residential Tower 3 with retail comprised of 775 condominium units and 63 floors (approximately 671 feet tall including the podium). With up to 853,309 SF of floor area, Tower 3 tower will have an associated amenity deck on the roof of the podium. The deck features a pool, roof garden, and fitness center for exclusive use by tower residents. The building will also have a smaller deck on the roof of this tower’s lower stack on or near the 26th floor.

Courtside and Skybox Apartments

Lewis built these two LEED Gold certified apartment buildings. Skybox is a six-story, 94,000 square foot building which features 76 units, ranging from one bedroom to five bedrooms. Courtside is a 64,000 square foot, five-story apartment building which houses 47 living units and includes ground floor retail. Sustainable features include energy-efficient appliances and windows, low-VOC products, low-flow plumbing fixtures, occupancy sensors in common areas, and an eco-roof which retains and cleans storm water.

Solana Senior Living

Situated on a 8.5 acre site, the project includes the development of a 98 unit, 120 bed, senior living community with memory care and approximately 79,300 of total square footage.

High-end finishes, custom millwork and modern furnishings give a homelike feeling for residents.

The complex offers a variety of activity spaces including a wellness center, taproom, theater, art room, full service kitchen, cafe, multiple seating areas and hair salon.

The site contains beautiful outdoor spaces with a courtyard, walking paths and firepit.

The Union

Located just two blocks from OSU, the Union provides housing for 221 students in 68 two- and four-bedroom units. On track to become Corvallis’ first LEED residence, the building was constructed with sustainable features such as operable windows, energy saving light fixtures and rain gardens. Each apartment is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and Ceasarstone counters. Building amenities include a deck with BBQ area, bocce ball court, edible gardens and covered bike parking.

UH Arena District

UH Arena District is located less than two blocks from the University of Oregon campus. These contemporary two and four bedroom apartments are fully-furnished and feature operable windows and energy star appliances. The 108,000 square foot building houses 65 units with 265 rentable bedrooms. Sustainable features contributing to the project’s LEED for Homes Gold certification include solar roof panels which generate hot water and low-flow plumbing fixtures.

Titan Court

Constructed as part of the landmark Lane Community College Downtown Campus project, Titan Court, a new 5-story student housing facility, was completed in the fall of 2012. The 90,000 square foot building houses 255 beds in 75 units. The project was built for LEED Gold certification and provides a living-learning experience for the College’s local and international students, as well as secure housing for University of Oregon students that prefer downtown living.

The Panoramic at 1321 Mission

Pankow teamed with Panoramic Interests to bring this new 11-story, 160 unit tower at the corner of 9th and Mission streets to the San Francisco market. Based on Panoramic Interests patented SmartSpace design, this project will provide highly efficient and meticulously planned living spaces. 80 units are reserved as student housing for the SanFrancisco California Academy of Arts University, the other 80 units will be market rate rental apartments.

The building features dynamic common areas including an exterior south facing courtyard at level 2 and a landscaped top floor roof deck with barbecue and yoga spaces.

Heathergate at Oxford Valley

Heathergate at Oxford Valley is a 202 unit age-restricted development consisting of 200,000 SF of living space, swimming pool, wellness center, clubhouse, library/conference room and indoor and outdoor parking.
