University House Austin is a first-class student apartment development with state-of-the-art amenities. IMC is currently working on Phoenix Village,a 275 unit luxury rental community built over 20,000 square feet of retail located along Bridge Street in downtown Phoenixville, PA. The two buildings will be phased construction and are each four story, wood framed, residential over one level of retail and one level of parking.
Construction is underway for the new Cherry Ridge Apartment community in Limerick, PA. The new development will consist of 160 garden apartments within six buildings and 32 townhomes. The 37-acre site formerly known as Lansenmaier Farm will also include a community center / clubhouse and 20 acres of open space. The site design incorporated a walking trail to link North Lewis Road and Limerick Road.
1400 Hi Line is a 340,000 SF, 23-story residential tower with a concrete frame and a glass and stucco exterior façade. The building offers 314 multi-family rental units and approximately 27,000 SF of street-level retail.
The one-acre rooftop park includes an infinity edge pool, fire pits, cabanas and outdoor grills. Residents enjoy the adjacent indoor pool-side recreational lounge with floor-to-ceiling glass capturing dramatic views of the Dallas skyline, a full catering facility for private parties and a 3,000 SF state-of-the-art fitness center.
3700M is a large mixed-use development in the West Village of Dallas’s Uptown district. Ideally situated at the corner of McKinney Avenue and Blackburn Street, this walkable, vibrant neighborhood covers an entire city block and is adjacent to existing shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The three buildings feature 381 apartments within a 21-story residential tower and two, five-story buildings totaling 801,334 SF. The project also includes 37,000 SF of retail on the ground level. A six-story, split level parking garage accommodates 800 vehicles.
Adding to the downtown Austin skyline, this new 16-story 282,000 SF apartment tower located at the corner of 3rd and Brazos streets includes 268 multi-family units, 10,000 SF of ground-floor commercial lease space, and a 130,000 SF parking garage. The 11 stories of residences are constructed over a 5-story cast-in-place concrete parking garage. Exterior materials include natural stone veneer at the street level, a combination of brick, stone and glass at the residential units and infill aluminum screens at the parking garage. Upscale amenities include an expansive pool and deck, fitness center, business center, coffee bar and lounge.
Pankow provided preconstruction and construction services for this 324-unit (a mix of affordable and market-rate housing) residential and retail development off Ocean Avenue with a three-level, below-grade parking garage.
This three-acre site is located in the heart of Santa Monica’s Civic Center which is adjacent to the town City Hall and Courts, hotels, commercial structures and a proposed garden park. In a city with Santa Monica’s density, a well-organized community input process plays a key role in resolving different views and helps to give the project a more particular Santa Monica identity.
Pankow is providing preconstruction and construction services for this 190-room hotel and residences building with 20 luxury residential units on the top floors. Building amenities include two rooftop pools – one exclusively designated for residents and one for hotel guests – along with a rooftop bar and lounge. Buildings consist of two distinct, yet interconnected towers, 10- and 14-stories above grade with fall-height sliding glass walls.
Other amenities include a nightclub on Level B1, a full-service restaurant with a highly-acclaimed executive chef, a full-service spa as well as meeting and banquet halls. The lobby features a magnificent area with floor-to-ceiling windows and natural lighting. Residents can take advantage of a private entrance and lobby.
Pankow built this stunning 20-story high-rise residential tower with four levels of parking. The ground level is occupied by a restaurant, cafe, main lobby, technology center, office space and a fitness center. Levels 2 thru 18 are occupied primarily by residential dwelling units and accessory building service rooms such as trash rooms and electrical closets. Level 19, the Penthouse level, is occupied by a large rooftop terrace, a party room, a kitchen, dwelling units, and accessory building service rooms. There are 271 residential apartment units – market rate and affordable.
