505 First Avenue South

Lewis built a new 280,000 square foot office building with four levels of below-grade parking with 400 spaces. The difficult historic shoreline site included old foundations, debris from the Great Seattle Fire, and a high water table, which the team addressed with an innovative Cutter Soil Mix (CSM) shoring wall. Lewis completed the project two months ahead of schedule, while working between two historic buildings in Pioneer Square. In other Starbucks work, Lewis has built out approximately 700,000 square feet of the company’s headquarters at historic Starbucks Center.

The Devereux Foundation – Kanner Center

Living & Learning Environments
These facilities include Living areas, Instructional space, Staff offices and counseling areas for children with cognitive disabilities and significant deficits in communication, self-help and personal safety skills. In addition to these buildings, IMC reconfigured the campus road system, including traffic signalization on the 80 acre campus. The entire project was completed while the campus remains active.

Lenox, Inc.

Lenox, Inc. is a new design/Build fast track construction project featuring 300,000 SF warehouse space, 8,000 SF Office space and 15,000 SF mezzanine space.

Bryn Mawr Hospital – Ambulatory Care Center

IMC constructed the core & shell of this four story 147,000 square foot, physician owned medical office building. This included a skybridge connection to an existing medical office building at Bryn Mawr Hospital. IMC also completed a 78,000 square foot fitout for Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association and a pediatric ambulatory surgery center for Nemours AI DuPont Childrens Hospital. The Bryn Mawr Medical Arts Pavilion is LEED Gold.

Heathergate at Oxford Valley

Heathergate at Oxford Valley is a 202 unit age-restricted development consisting of 200,000 SF of living space, swimming pool, wellness center, clubhouse, library/conference room and indoor and outdoor parking.

Plymouth Meeting Mall

Located in a suburban transportation hub at the intersection of the turnpike, Northeast Extension and the Blue Route, the Plymouth Meeting Mall redevelopment was vital for the livelihood of the surrounding community. The redevelopment began with the demolition of the old Ikea store to make room for a 143,450 square foot lifestyle addition with an underground 350 car parking garage. New tenants in the addition include Whole Foods, Citibank, Ann Taylor Loft, Chico’s, Cold Water Creek, Jos A. Banks and Aeropostale.

Fortune 20 Company

The 416,000 square-foot distribution center including a 35,000 square-foot office sits on a 21-acre site. As a world leader in the distribution of pharmaceutical products, this Company has specific warehouse requirements such as temperature control, high security storage including a heavy-duty drug safe and automated material handling equipment. The distribution center features 240 parking stalls, 24 interior docks, 1 drive-in door and a 32-foot clear height. The new facility is a LEED certified building.

Shops at Park Lane

The 33-acre open-air urban village of Park Lane, situated between the DART Park Lane light rail station and NorthPark Center, was constructed to balance the lifestyle functions of living, working, dining and shopping. The vision was to create an environment that would blend lifestyle and power retail with offices, condominium and rental apartments, resulting in a memorable gathering place for the community in a harmonious architectural setting. Due to its proximity to the nearby NorthPark Center, parking demand was met by consolidating surface parking for existing office buildings into a seven-level parking garage and constructing a pedestrian-oriented retail environment along newly created shopping streets.

Rogers-O’Brien was the lead contractor on this Joint Venture with The Beck Group.
