The the Exempla Good Samaritan Comprehensive Cancer Center is a new four story building of 83,590 SF on the Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center Campus. The project encompasses site work, two linear accelerator vaults, PET/CT imaging, brachytherapy, medical oncology, support services, and the upper two floors will be decided to clinical spaces.
This 89,000 sf, five-story (107 feet) precast structure serves as the global headquarters for ProLogis. This facility offers employees a fitness center, outdoor walking path and a cafeteria. State-of-the-art conference facilities and technology were incorporated throughout the building. This project achieved LEED Certification.
This 90,000 SF office building is located in Philadelphia’s Historic Navy Yard and is home to Tasty Baking Company’s new corporate headquarters. It has set a goal of LEED Gold Certification.
IMC is serving as the Design/Builder, inclusive of shepherding the Land/Development process, for the University of Pennsylvania Health System’s Chesterbrook location. This 90,000 SF project will provide clinical and primary care space, an imaging center, as well as provide outpatient surgical capabilities. It will incorporate classrooms, meeting rooms, a group lecture hall, conference/seminar facilities, administrative offices and support areas, full service
kitchen and a cafeteria.
Project also included the renovation of on site existing buildings for Senior Life Care’s Corporate Offices.
This 95,000 s.f. , $20 million Center for Oral/Facial Health houses the University of Colorado School of Dentistry (UCSD) at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center (UCHSC) Fitzsimons campus. The mission of the School of Dentistry is to provide programs of excellence in teaching, research, patient care, and community/professional service for Colorado and the nation.
The UCSD is the only dental school in Colorado and the entire Rocky Mountain Region. The Center for Oral Health will provide clinical education space as well as clinical functions including general dentistry, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics, surgery, radiology, and pediatric care, geriatric care, and special needs care.
Joining the Lowe’s Motor Speedway’s legendary complex is the quarter-mile ZMax Dragway, the largest drag strip ever built. Features include a five story 34,000 SF scoring tower with luxury suites, press boxes, grand stands, and a spectator’s amenity facilities for national NHRA qualifier and championship events. Amazingly, the schedule for the entire complex was seven months. In typical Choate fashion, it was completed in five months and $500,000 under budget.
