Krusinski Construction Company renovated and expanded the existing wound care and walk-in clinic to accommodate a new pediatric outpatient center. The new Delnor Hospital space includes: six exam rooms, two procedure rooms, clinical offices and a welcoming reception and lobby area.
Throughout the last several years Lewis has constructed numerous projects for Kaiser as part of our prequalification agreement. Work has included tenant improvements at multiple health care facilities in support of Kaiser’s Total Health Environment initiative, the construction of a new lab and pharmacy at their Sunnyside location, wayfinding signage and a complete upgrade to the mechanical system at their corporate headquarters in Downtown Portland.

IMC constructed the core and shell and interior fit out of this three story 65,000 square foot medical office building. The facility includes an Oncology suite with LINAC vault, PET-CT imaging and Infusion Area, Endoscope Center, Gastroenterology Offices, Pulmonary, Psychology and Dermatology.
The the Exempla Good Samaritan Comprehensive Cancer Center is a new four story building of 83,590 SF on the Exempla Good Samaritan Medical Center Campus. The project encompasses site work, two linear accelerator vaults, PET/CT imaging, brachytherapy, medical oncology, support services, and the upper two floors will be decided to clinical spaces.
Methodist Hospital for Surgery is a 105,000 SF surgical hospital located on a busy North Dallas corridor. The hospital focuses on treating patients in need of highly-specialized spine and joint surgery and is the only dedicated orthopedics hospital of its kind in the area. The facility includes seven fully-equipped operating rooms, 32 private patient rooms, 10 outpatient treatment rooms, a diagnostic imaging suite (including CT and MRI), and physical therapy/rehabilitation areas. Methodist Hospital for Surgery is a joint venture partnership between area physicians, Methodist Health System and Nueterra Healthcare.
Rogers-O’Brien managed the entire construction process using BIM, resulting in more pre-fabricated systems, less rework, faster schedule, lower cost and a higher quality building delivered with a 4-month accelerated schedule.
The Methodist Hospital for Surgery received the AGC Texas Building Branch Outstanding Construction Award and the TEXO Distinguished Building Award.
IMC constructed the core & shell of this four story 147,000 square foot, physician owned medical office building. This included a skybridge connection to an existing medical office building at Bryn Mawr Hospital. IMC also completed a 78,000 square foot fitout for Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association and a pediatric ambulatory surgery center for Nemours AI DuPont Childrens Hospital. The Bryn Mawr Medical Arts Pavilion is LEED Gold.
IMC is serving as the Design/Builder, inclusive of shepherding the Land/Development process, for the University of Pennsylvania Health System’s Chesterbrook location. This 90,000 SF project will provide clinical and primary care space, an imaging center, as well as provide outpatient surgical capabilities. It will incorporate classrooms, meeting rooms, a group lecture hall, conference/seminar facilities, administrative offices and support areas, full service
kitchen and a cafeteria.
IMC served as the general contractor for the new construction of this physician-owned surgical hospital in Royersford, Pennsylvania. The Physicians Care Surgical Hospital includes four operating rooms, 22 patient beds, recovery areas, waiting rooms, and administrative space.
