IAC Riverport is a 373,500 square-foot speculative regional distribution center located in Louisville, Kentucky.  The building features a build-to-suit office space in addition to 48 dock doors which provide security and conserve space for high traffic areas. Drive-in doors, ESFR sprinklers and optimal column spacing allow for easy functionality.  The development of this 24-acre site also includes the widening of a public roadway, all infrastructure, site improvements and parking for 215 cars and 53 trailers.
