Bryn Mawr Hospital – Ambulatory Care Center

IMC constructed the core & shell of this four story 147,000 square foot, physician owned medical office building. This included a skybridge connection to an existing medical office building at Bryn Mawr Hospital. IMC also completed a 78,000 square foot fitout for Bryn Mawr Medical Specialists Association and a pediatric ambulatory surgery center for Nemours AI DuPont Childrens Hospital. The Bryn Mawr Medical Arts Pavilion is LEED Gold.

Penn Medicine at Valley Forge

IMC is serving as the Design/Builder, inclusive of shepherding the Land/Development process, for the University of Pennsylvania Health System’s Chesterbrook location. This 90,000 SF project will provide clinical and primary care space, an imaging center, as well as provide outpatient surgical capabilities. It will incorporate classrooms, meeting rooms, a group lecture hall, conference/seminar facilities, administrative offices and support areas, full service
kitchen and a cafeteria.

Physician’s Care Surgical Hospital

IMC served as the general contractor for the new construction of this physician-owned surgical hospital in Royersford, Pennsylvania. The Physicians Care Surgical Hospital includes four operating rooms, 22 patient beds, recovery areas, waiting rooms, and administrative space.

Heathergate at Oxford Valley

Heathergate at Oxford Valley is a 202 unit age-restricted development consisting of 200,000 SF of living space, swimming pool, wellness center, clubhouse, library/conference room and indoor and outdoor parking.

The Glen at Lafayette Hill

The Glen is a multi-family housing complex including construction and full sitework. Phase One included 139 units.

Atria Woodbridge Place

Project also included the renovation of on site existing buildings for Senior Life Care’s Corporate Offices.

Plymouth Meeting Mall

Located in a suburban transportation hub at the intersection of the turnpike, Northeast Extension and the Blue Route, the Plymouth Meeting Mall redevelopment was vital for the livelihood of the surrounding community. The redevelopment began with the demolition of the old Ikea store to make room for a 143,450 square foot lifestyle addition with an underground 350 car parking garage. New tenants in the addition include Whole Foods, Citibank, Ann Taylor Loft, Chico’s, Cold Water Creek, Jos A. Banks and Aeropostale.

These projects are design/build manufacturing facilities  with custom foundations (20”X20”X8”) to accomodate state-of-the-art batch mixing machinery.

Pennsylvania College of Technology

This is the largest building project ever undertaken by the Penn College is a special mission affiliate of Penn State University and is committed to applied technology education. This is the largest building project ever undertaken by the college and includes construction of:
– New 120,000 SF, 275 bed, student housing facility incluing a showpiece dining hall & kitchen, administrative offices for the Recreation & Residence Life
– 70,000 SF expansion and renovations to the Parkes Automotive Technology Center features new instructional shops; automotive lifts and other enhancements to the instructional environment reflect the industry’s move toward computer diagnostics.
– Major renovations and additions to the Avco-Lycoming Metal Trades-Machining Technologies Center with facilities for welding technology and the metallurgic sciences
– 160,000 SF of renovations to the Hager Lifelong Education Center which was retrofitted to accept the Children’s Learning Center and Early Childhood development programs, two floors of new classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, and biology and chemistry labs.
– Construction was completed while the buildings were fully occupied with classes in session.
