Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences

Seattle’s finest hotel is now open, with 149 guest rooms and stunning common areas including a fitness center and spa with an outdoor pool and hot tub, six meeting rooms, and a ballroom. Topping the 21 story building are 36 residences. Residents benefit from all of the hotel’s services and public facilities, from room service to valet parking. Lewis built all of the home interiors, including four totally-unique owner-designed units built by our Holyoke Fine Homes group.
