Comcast Tech Ops West

Lewis completed this design/build project that provides Comcast with a consolidated operations center to service their customers in the greater Portland metro area. The 87,000 square foot, two-story, office and warehouse building is situated on a 10-acre site. Sitework included new ADA parking, concrete walkways and stairs, paving, steel canopies, site fencing and a new pole climbing yard.
